Crack Slow Nutritional Info – Cooking Keto with Kristie

This is a super easy recipe to put together in short time and it tastes good.  I modified some of the ingredients to accommodate items I had on hand.  I estimated 8 servings for the calculator but I suppose it depends on how hungry you are as to how many serving it makes.

2 tbsp    Kikkoman Less Sodium Soy Sauce
2 tbsp    Onions, Dehydrated Flakes
3 clove   Garlic Raw (Minced)
1 tsp      Ginger, Ground
2 tsp      100% Pure Sesame Seed Oil Imperial Dragon
.25 tsp    Himalayan Pink Salt Kirkland Signature
1 pkg      Ground Beef Organic, 85% lean/15% fat Kirkland Signature
3 tsp       Chili Garlic Sauce Tuong Ot Toi Viet Nam
1 pkg      Tri Colored Cole Slaw Marketside (Wal-Mart)
1.5 tbsp  Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil Kirkland Signature
